The examination registration fee of ₹299 is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances once the slot is booked.
Upon registration, a unique server-side slot and AI proctoring license are allocated to the student. These costs are incurred immediately by the platform, making refunds impossible.
If your account is debited twice for a single registration due to a payment gateway error, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days. Please mail your UTR number to our support team.
Failure to attend the exam at the scheduled time will result in the loss of the registration fee. No "make-up" exams or refunds will be provided for student-side internet issues or personal absence.
